CA Akash Agarwal has completed his graduation in Commerce discipline from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in 2011 and has completed CA in 2012. He was All India Rank-holder 40th in CA examination. He has also completed Company Secretary examination and also stood second position at center level in CS Examination. In his initial days, he has served as a Finance Manager in IIT Insurance Broking & Risk Management Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Industrial Investment Trust Ltd.
He started his own practice in 2014. He is also acting as a mentor since 2014 and expertise in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Economics subjects.
Being a good learner, He has achieved Diploma in Information System Audit (ICAI), Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks (ICAI), Certificate course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (ICAI). He is also a Registered valuer of Securities or Financial assets under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
His Expertise lies in GST though he has an all-round experience in the field of Company Audits, Tax Audits, Income Tax Assessment Proceedings, GST Audit and related matters, Management & Financial Consultancy.
CA Ritesh Singhal has completed his graduation in Commerce discipline from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in 2011 and has completed Chartered Accountancy in 2012 from M/s DSI and Co. as article assistant and later joined the firm M/s S. Lalwani & co., established in the year 1990, as partner in 2012 and served the firm till Dec. 2021.
He is having vast experience in Bank Audits and Indirect Taxation. It is due to the various assignments within different industries, he got an opportunity to always learn new concepts and upgrade himself since last over a decade in the practice. He used to manage all kinds of bank audits of the firm including Statutory bank audit, concurrent audit, revenue audit and others. Along with the bank audits, he also has hands-on experience in conducting CAG Audits.
Indirect taxation being his forte, he is continuously engaged in providing services from registration to appeal under the domain. Looking into his zeal, he was made head of Indirect Tax department of the firm
Later, in Dec 2021 he then became partner in M/s Agarwal Akash and Co and serving the firm till date. He is again leading the Indirect Tax department of the firm and is also leading the team engaged in bank audits. His zeal towards learning the new era of practice is taking the firm to altogether new heights.
CA Anu Agarwal has completed his graduation in Commerce discipline from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in 2011 and has completed Chartered Accountancy in 2012 from M/s Jhunjhunwala Rajesh and Co. as article assistant and later joined the same firm M/s Jhunjhunwala Rajesh and Co. as partner in 2012 and served the firm till April 2015.
She was made the head in charge of Direct tax department in the same firm from where she started her professional career as article assistant.
Later, in April 2015 she then became partner in M/s Lahoty Phophalia And Associates and served the firm till Dec 2018. M/s Lahoty Phophalia and Associates have diversified experience in bank audits along with traditional practice. Here in this firm she got an opportunity to learn altogether different arena of practice. The firm was actively engaged in different spheres of Bank Audit like Statutory Branch Audit, Concurrent Audit and Stock Audit.
She then joined M/s Agarwal Akash aNd Co. as a partner in December 2018 and actively manages the Direct Tax department of the firm. Though having diversified experience in the field of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Bank Audits, her expertise lies in Direct Taxation.
CA Khushbu Dhoka did her schooling from Surat and pursued CA course after completion of higher secondary education. She is academically very sound and scored around 90% in both the State level board examination. She managed to crack all the three levels of CA examination sin the very first attempt.
During the journey as CA student, she was guided under L.D. Borana & Co., chartered Accountants as article trainee from July 2008 to June 2011. There she learned the basics of practice such as filing of Income Tax Return, Marinating Books of Accounts, preparing for Tax Audit Reports and others.
After getting professional degree of CA, she joined M/s Ginza Industries Limited, a very renowned name not only in the city but in the country as well, which specializes in knitting fabrics. She got an opportunity to explore and get experience in domains of Analyzing the accounting data and assisting among all eight units of the company, to prepare Value Added Tax Report & Central Tax Report, Handling assessment and departmental audit.
Later in her professional career, she decided to have her own practice firm and consequently joined M/s Agarwal Akash aNd Co. in the year 2020 as partner. She is actively engaged in managing Company Law and ROC department of the firm. Over the years, she has gained wide range of experience in the domain.
